- Information on how you plan to teach about plant growth and plant health. (Describe what concepts will be covered, what hands-on activities students will participate in, and how learning outcomes will be supported.)
- Letters of support including: (students, principal, volunteers, community members, etc.)
- Itemized breakdown of how funds will be used. (Include each item requested, quantities, costs, and a total amount.)
- Photos/diagram of garden or if a new garden, a photograph of where the garden will be located.
- Long-term plans for your garden. (Explain who will care for it, how it will be sustained year-to-year, and how it will continue to be used for student learning over time.)
